The Dream
Initial Meeting with Client
Initial meeting between the Client and our team to know more about 'Their Dream Home'.
After understanding the Client's Need, our team shows Images and Videos of our Finished Homes that could be similar to their 'Dream' and Sample Designs that can be used a starting point for the design of their Home.
After this meeting(s) and follow up communications The Client and Our Team come to an understanding about 'The Vision' for the Dream Home. The Vision includes which Construction Package they have selected, the Architectural Style, the Approximate Built Up Area. from which the Rough Estimate for Construction is prepared.

Vision to Final Design
Initial Agreement and Start of Design
Once the Client signs the Initial Agreement and pays the Token Advance, our Architect starts the detailed Design for the Project.
This includes Floor Plans and Elevation.
Once this is done, the estimate is fine tuned by using the exact Built Up Area as per the Final Plan and adding the additional cost for components like Cosmetic Structures in the Elevation or Non-Standard items like Italian Marble or higher end fittings in bathrooms.
Now we have the Final Construction Cost and Schedule which becomes part of the Final Construction Contract.

Contract Signing
Fixed Quote, Delivery Milestones and Payment Schedule
The Final Construction Agreement will have details of the Total agreed upon Construction Package and the cost of additional items that have been selected by the Client during the Design Phase.
Once the Contract is signed by both Parties, there will be no deviations in costing of the Project unless and until the Client asks for any additional items in writing.
These changes if any will be appended to the existing contract by a new Addendum.

Construction Begins
Excavation and Foundation Concreting
Within a week of signing of the Contract, the construction team will start Excavation at site as per the Drawings provided by the Structural Engineer.
Once the Foundation is ready, the walls are erected followed by the Concreting of Roof Slab. This process gets repeated for each floor.

Quality Checks
Periodic Inspections at Each Phase

2. Beginning of Brickwork for a floor
3. Plumbing
